Established in 1998 we are an experienced, friendly & honest design practice based in Derby offering an individual and tailored design service to a wide range of domestic and commercial clients. We specialise in domestic refurbishments, alterations, extensions, loft & garage conversions, and bespoke new build developments helping property owners, developers and builders creating inspirational places to live.
We are centrally located and operate throughout the UK with a vast range of projects completed in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire.
With over 20 years experience in the domestic residential sector we have creative ideas and solutions for all projects and budgets. We think three dimensionally with an attention to detail solving problems before they are built on site. We are commercially aware and with our technical experience we can help deliver your project to a high standard without adding to the cost.
We will coordinate the design process from conception to completion helping you overcome obstacles such as Planning, Building Regulations, The Party Wall Act, Section Agreements, Utilities and communicate with the Local Authorities, Contractors and other Designers.
We pride ourselves on providing a cost effective service which fits with your budget and requirements without compromising what service we deliver to you. We do not charge for consultation meetings and our price is a fixed fee with no additional design time charges.
